The entire pre-acquisition process can last from 4 to 6 months. This starts with a first conversation, and we would be happy to discuss it in depth with any owner who might have any question. We are conscious of the importance of this process for all stakeholders and hence our goal is to make it easy, smooth and transparent
1. Initial Conversation
Introductory call / meeting to learn more about you and the business that you lead.
We will explain our motivation and high-level plan for the company
2. Feasibility of the Opportunity
Before entering this phase, we can sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain confidentiality over shared data.
Share information about the Business and its performance and clarify any basic questions about the business an its perspective
3. Proposal for purchase
We will make a proposal for the aquisition value of the Business and present a struture for the deal.
If both parties agree, a Letter of Intent (LOI) will be signed.
4. Due Diligence
Analyze accounting and legal issues in more detail to assess the company’s solidity, with the aim of confirming whether all conditions are met to present the final purchase offer.
5. Closure
Sign paperwork, transfer payment in its agreed form and start transition process towards the new stage of the company
