The founding partners of Bojador Capital bring more than 40 years of local and international experience in management and investments from start-ups to big companies.
As founding partners of Bojador Capital, André Vilas-Boas and Jorge Ferreira are committed to acquire and manage an SME in the north of Portugal. Bringing more than 40 years of experience in management, investment banking and strategy consulting, they worked in prestigious multinationals, medium size companies and start-ups. They developed most of their careers in Portugal, and internationally, in the US, Europe and Africa
Alongside the partners, Bojador Capital is backed up by a diversified group of advisors and investors, both local and international, who will add more experience to Bojador Capital.
André Vilas-Boas
With more than 20 years of professional career and extensive experience in international markets, André Vilas-Boas developed his professional career in the engineering industry, passing through renowned companies in the area of transport concessions, industry and logistics.
Throughout his career, with passages through the United States of America, Mozambique and more recently Cape Verde – he led several growth and restructuring projects in the area of engineering and corporate management, having assumed executive management functions in most of the companies he joined.

Jorge Ferreira
Jorge is founder and partner of Bojador Capital. He has more than 20 years of professional career, in areas ranging from Engineering and IT, to product, marketing and management. He has worked several years in big corporations, before embracing his entrepreneur side, and launch 8 companies, all of them profitable and growing. The most successful of them, Care to Beauty, is now the biggest Portuguese beauty e-commerce.
